Fall is the PERFECT time for all things pumpkin! I love pumpkin pie and cheesecake so this recipe makes my mouth water! If you don’t have much time for baking this is a great quick, easy dessert idea.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe: Blend together 2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 cup International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer and 1/2 cup sugar. Blend in 2 eggs. Pour into 9-inch graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until set. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
